Reaction of Darkness to Light

I have recently posted about Russell Nelson being a member of skull and bones, a secret society and how the LDS church is very connected to the UN, who is also a secret combination seeking to overthrow the freedom of all lands and depopulate the planet. The reactions of a relative and one of our old stake presidency members were defensive and angry. I asked the Lord to know if I’m sharing the right things and I happened to be in Helaman in my chronological study. These are some of the words I studied, “And now it came to pass that when Nephi had said these words, behold, there were men who were judges who also belonged to the secret band of Gaddianton, and they were angry, and they cried out against him, saying unto the people, Why do ye not seize upon this man and bring him forth, that he may be condemned according to the crime which he has done? Why seest thou this man and hearest him revile against this people and against our law? For behold, Nephi had spoken unto them concerning the corruptness of their law. Yea, many things did Nephi speak which cannot be written; and nothing did he speak which were contrary to the commandments of God. And those judges were angry with him because he spake plain unto them concerning their secret works of darkness; nevertheless, they durst not lay their own hands upon him, for they feared the people, lest they should cry out against them. Therefore, they did cry unto the people, saying, Why do ye suffer this man to revile against us? For behold, he doth condemn all this people, even unto destruction, yea, and also that these our great cities shall be taken from us, that we shall have no place in them. And now we know that this is impossible, for behold, we are powerful and our cities great, therefore our enemies can have no power over us” (Helaman 8:1-6 or RE Helaman 3:6).

When we seek to expose the darkness so others can see the light, the dark gets angry. Consider what they did to John the Baptist and Jesus. I love this verse in John, “And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.

20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.

21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God” (John 3:19-21).

Jesus also said, “These things have I spoken unto you, that ye should not be offended.

2 They shall put you out of the synagogues: yea, the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service.

3 And these things will they do unto you, because they have not known the Father, nor me” (John 16:1-3).

Those upholding secret works of darkness,  knowingly or ignorantly, get angry when these secret works are brought to light. They will get more and more angry as Jesus’ words are fulfilled.

Jesus said:

Matthew 10:26

“Therefore do not fear them, for there is nothing concealed that will not be revealed, or hidden that will not be known.

Luke 12:2

But there is nothing covered up that will not be revealed, and hidden that will not be known.

Mark 4:22

For nothing is hidden, except to be revealed; nor has anything been secret, but that it would come to light.

Luke 8:17

For nothing is hidden that will not become evident, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light.

  1. Greg,

    I enjoy your blog.
I thought I would share the following words from the Savior as my comment.
Therefore, if your hand offend you, cut it off. Or if your brother offend you, and confess not and forsake not, he shall be cut off. It is better for you to enter into life maimed than having two hands to go into hell. For it is better for you to enter into life without your brother than for you and your brother to be cast into hell — into the fire that never shall be quenched, where their worm dies not and the fire is not quenched.
And again, if your foot offend you, cut it off. For he that is your standard by whom you walk, if he become a transgressor, he shall be cut off. It is better for you to enter lame into life than having two feet to be cast into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched. Therefore, let every man stand or fall by himself, and not for another, or not trusting another.
Seek unto my Father and it shall be done in that very moment what you shall ask, if you ask in faith, believing that you shall receive. And if your eye which sees for you — him who is appointed to watch over you to show you light — becomes a transgressor and offends you, pluck him out. It is better for you to enter into the kingdom of God with one eye than having two eyes to be cast into hellfire; for it is better that you should be saved than to be cast into hell with your brother, where their worm dies not and where the fire is not quenched. (RE Scriptures, New Covenants, New Testament, Mark 5 paragraphs 16 - 18)
I believe these words and I would encourage anyone and everyone to pluck out these men who declare that they are appointed over others to show them light but have given great offense. I believe that we must all stand or fall for ourselves not trusting in another.
My present understanding is that the Savior was very adamant about this.
